Furthermore, up tilt, one of his most pivotal moves, has had altered hitbox placements resulting in not only a range reduction, but it also gives it a blind spot and significantly hinders its use as a reliable follow-up from his down throw at any percent against most characters, worsening both their combo potential and Mario's neutral game as a result, since they were considered his best moves.
As of SSB4, Mario is the only character whose clone is actually himself instead of an entirely different character.
Donkey Kong, however, pops the balloon, so the two then disguise themselves as chefs, but this also fails. During the prison football game, Mario again tries and fails to capture Donkey Kong while disguising himself as a referee. In a virtual magazine for the Japan-exclusive Satellaview, his vulgar and aggressive tendencies are exaggerated for the purpose of adult-oriented humor. Mario is shown smoking a cigarette and abusing his friends and love interest; he abuses Toad in particular often due to the latter's Mauro Martins cunhado own perverse behavior in the magazine (or else for pelo reason at all), and stomps on both Toad and Peach repeatedly for having oral sex behind Mario's back, and killing the former character with a gun.
Mario appears in Mario Sports Superstars, where he is a Balance type character in most sports; in tennis, he is classified as the similar All-Around type. As a result, Mario has few weak stats, but by the same token he does not excel in any stat in particular.
